Description:  We are seeking a Director of Customer Service to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

Customer Liaison Director of Customer Success

  • Works with clients to gather the requirements for their phone system and prepare documentation.
  • Acts as a go-between for client interactions and the operations team.
  • Addresses customer support tickets and refers complicated issues to higher level support
  • Must understand basic networking concepts in order to guide clients through rebooting routers and communicating requirements to the operations team
  • Ability to find solutions to common problems
  • Willing to travel locally, and farther, to client locations to complete requirements gathering and site surveys.
  • Able to assist with installing equipment when needed
  • Finds ways to improve the entire process of on-boarding a client.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
