Our Financial Intelligence seminar is best suited for property management personal such as Regionals, Community/Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisors and can be useful for some Vice-President level folks that have not been exposed or, had to create financial reports Additionally, this is a Supplier/ Vendor friendly session with tools they can apply to their business operations as well as understanding the financial making decision process of their customers to provide a strategic edge.

This session discusses important preparation for creating an annual budget, capital assessment and budgeting, reserves, cost/benefit analysis, reading financial statements, understanding the difference types of financial documents, calculating ROI, Cash vs. Accrual accounting, and overall strategic planning.

This is a dynamic session with activities and multiple learning methods to provide engagement and retention of the material.
