Chris Woods is a Multi-Site Manager with NorthPoint Management. He has been in the multifamily industry since 2014 and with NorthPoint since 2017. Currently, Chris is responsible for supporting the downtown properties within NothPoint’s portfolio and assists the overall portfolio with training, development, and software support and implementation.
Chris currently holds his CAM designation through the National Apartment Association and currently serves the Apartment Association of Kansas City’s Board of Directors and is a Chairman of the Advocacy Committee. As the Chairman of the Advocacy Committee, Chris actively works towards the advancement of the multifamily industry by working legislators and key decision makers at all levels of government to influence policy.
