Emelyna Aurich

Emelyna Aurich is the Director of Property Management for The Cordish Companies’ Multifamily Development division, Cordish Living. She joined the Cordish team prior to the opening of their first residential building in 2015 and now oversees all leasing, resident services, and day-to-day operations of One Light, Two Light, Three Light, and One Cardinal Way. Emelyna is vastly experienced across all areas of the multifamily industry, boasting over 20 years of experience in luxury, affordable, and senior living. She has shown superior capabilities in leasing, management, and championing the industry and is exceedingly generous with her time and talent. Emelyna is a licensed Missouri Real Estate Agent and a board member of the Apartment Association of Kansas City where she co-chairs the Membership Committee. She has previously co-chaired the DE&I Committee and served on the Community Outreach Committee, as well as participated in the Leadership Committee. She has received her CAM, LEAD, and LYCEUM designation and has been a recipient of numerous Crystal Merit Awards, including Manager of the Year for both 2016 and 2017, and Multi-Site Supervisor of the Year for both 2019 and 2020. She was also awarded as one of Globe Streets Woman of Influence for 2021.
