Joshua Roten

Joshua Roten has been in the multi-family industry for over 19 years. Before joining Willow Bridge Property Company (formerly Lincoln Property Company) in Kansas City ten years ago, Josh worked for companies such as Equity Residential, Benjamin Sherman and Sons, and Sunrise Management. Currently Josh is a Regional Director, Learning & Talent Development and a Certified Trainer responsible for onboarding the leasing and marketing staff in the Midwest. Josh has earned his NALP designation, is a 2018 CAM designate, the 2016 AAKC MVP of the Year and he holds both the L.E.A.D and Lyceum designation through the Apartment Association of Kansas City. Josh is also an AFT instructor and NAAEI Faculty. Josh is actively involved with the association sitting on the DE&I and Education committees and coaching CALP designates for the past five years. Josh’s true passion is training and development and he is exceptional at customer service and building relationships. He is a graduate of Missouri State University and enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and the on-going pursuit for the perfect cup of coffee.
