My name is Kim Taylor. I have been in the multifamily industry for over 13 years. I am
currently a Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield. I have a passion for helping
others, training others, and networking. This industry checks all of those boxes and then
some!
My time away from work consists of being bossed around by my 2-year-old boy named
Leevi and cleaning up after my husband Chris. I wouldn’t change a thing. We enjoy the
lake life, camping, and brunch all over the city!
I have been an AAKC instructor and a member of the Crystal Merit committee for over
11 years. I am the proud recipient of 5 Crystal Merit awards over the years ranging from
Leasing Agent of the year, MVP, and Assistant Manager of the year. I am a huge
advocate for everyone to earn all designations possible. So glad you are here!
