Phill Sharples

Phill Sharples has been in the multifamily industry since 2014, starting in leasing and quickly advancing through the ranks. He previously served as a Property Manager before joining Copper Ridge in 2021. Certified as a CAM (Certified Apartment Manager), Phill was honored with the 2024 Crystal Merit Manager of the Year Award.

Phill currently co-chairs the Next Gen and Professional Development and Education Committees at the Apartment Association of Kansas City and serves on the DEI Committee. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Liberty Chamber of Commerce. Known for his leadership and ability to foster strong relationships, Phill is committed to supporting the growth of the multifamily industry through collaboration and connection.

Outside of work, Phill is a devoted family man with a two-year-old daughter, Lilly, and a wife, Sarah, who is a teacher. He’s also a competitive club baseball coach for the Old School Ducks, helping athletes get to college.

Phill is excited to contribute his experience and passion to help the NAA Affiliate continue to progress and support the growth of the multifamily industry in Kansas City.
