Professional Bio

Robynn Haydock has worked in the property management industry for over 30 years. Robynn is an
educator and development workshop leader for apartment associations and private management
companies, and a property operations consultant through her company called High Road Education and
Consulting. She is regarded as a Fair Housing expert and works to promote integrity in the business of
providing homes for people. Robynn received her CAM in 2005, her AIT certification as a Lifetime Faculty
Member in 2011, her CAS in 2022 from the National Apartment Association, as well as her LEAD and
Lyceum completions through AAKC. She teaches CAS, CAM and CALP credentials, as well as her own
inspiring and informative seminars. Robynn Haydock has served on the Board of Directors for The
Apartment Association of Kansas City including her terms as Board President 2012-2014, Education
Chair, and Government Affairs Chair. Robynn’s awards include the Lifetime Leadership Award in 2019,
Management Executive of the Year in 2015, 2011 and 2009, and Multi-Site Supervisor of the Year in
2007. Her volunteer service today includes Director on AAKC Supplier Partner Board, involvement with
Apartment Careers, Education and DEI Committees and support of various charities in the Kansas City
area. Her educational focus is to provide on-site professionals and property owners with valuable tools
to build cohesive and profitable communities by always taking the High Road.
