Professional Bio
Shawn Dawes is a Regional Manager with BH Management. He has been in the multi-family industry for 20 years and has been with BH Management since 2021. Shawn has worked in student, military, senior, and conventional housing and has gained tremendous experience from each. Currently, Shawn is responsible for the operational oversight of over 2500 units throughout Overland Park, Lees Summit, Wichita and St. Louis.
Shawn holds his CAM and CAPS designation through the National Apartment Association as well as his LEAD through the Apartment Association of Kansas City. Shawn currently serves on the Apartment Association of Kansas City’s Board of Directors, Community Outreach committee, NextGen committee, Tradeshow committee co-chair and is also an Ambassador. Shawn is passionate about the multi-family housing industry and strive to continue to learn and grow in the industry.
