Professional Bio
Shawn Dawes is the Regional Asset Manager for Price Brothers Management. With over 20 years in real estate, Shawn has a diverse background, managing assets across student, conventional, military, and senior housing in multiple markets across the Midwest.
Shawn currently holds his CAM and CAPS designations from the National Apartment Association and is highly involved in the Apartment Association of Kansas City where he currently sits on the 2025 Board of Directors. Shawn also sits on multiple committees for the AAKC including co-chairing both the Trade Show and NextGen committees, is an active ambassador as well as a 2024 Best Regional Supervisor Nominee.
In his role with Price Brothers, Shawn oversees the operations of our growing Texas portfolio as well as the asset-managed properties in both Colorado and Tennessee. Shawn is passionate about the multi-family housing industry and strives to continue to learn and grow in the industry.
