Professional Bio
Toni grew up in Shawnee KS, attended Emporia State University and taught Kindergarten for four years. In 1998 she decided she wanted to make a career change and started leasing apartments with AMLI residential. She received her NALP in 1999 and learned a lot from her mentor Carol Gardner. Toni spent nearly 15 years with AMLI leasing many apartments, winning awards and breaking lease up records. Toni started with NorthPoint Development in 2015 and is The Leasing and Brand Manager at The Chadwick. She is currently at her 5th NorthPoint lease up.
Toni loves being a mentor at NorthPoint and loves teaching classes at AAKC. Toni is involved on the Education and Professional Development Committee and Synergy Committee at AAKC. Toni’s passion for leasing apartments is contagious. She loves to share “her secret sauce with leasing rookies.
In Toni's free time she and her husband Jason like to travel to Raleigh North Carolina to visit their son Blake. Spend time with their Golden Retriever Whit and watch The Chiefs and KU Basketball. Toni’s next goal is to get her CAM and her ultimate dream job would be a Regional Leasing Trainer and travel throughout communities at her company.
