Synopsis: 
Transformation starts with awareness and empathy.   Through interactive discussions and practical strategies, we can cultivate empathy as a powerful tool for fostering inclusion and understanding in diverse environments. Together, we'll explore ways to recognize and navigate bias, embrace allyship, and dismantle microaggressions.
