Today’s world of Fair Housing looks different than it did 50 years ago - or does it? Learn about the origin of Fair Housing, how those laws help guide and govern us every day, and what you need to do NOW to stay compliant with Fair Housing and operate ethically. We will examine the latest headlines and protests for racial justice, define Equity, discuss mental illness as a disability especially during the pandemic, HUD’s recent actions that affect us and much more! This seminar is a must for all levels of property management professionals, especially those new to the industry. Earns 3 Continuing Education Credits for all NAA, NAR and IREM credential holders.

About Robynn

Robynn Haydock is a CAM designate from the National Apartment Association, a graduate of NAA's Advanced Instructor Training, a lifetime faculty member of the National Apartment Association, a Lyceum leadership graduate, and a Leadership, Education And Development certificate holder from the Apartment Association of Kansas City. She has served on the AAKC Board of Directors in various positions including Chairman of the Board. Robynn has worked in the property management and real estate industry for 30 years. She is an owner of multi-family and other rental properties and is also a professional speaker and consultant working to develop others in the industry and teach best practices to those in the business of providing homes for people. She has a passion for education and for our industry and looks forward to sharing this time with each of you!
