Presenting Speakers Bios

Jeannette Cox:

Jeannette Cox is Chief Operating Officer of Oddo Development Company overseeing strategy, development and operations for residential, multi-family and commercial real estate. Ms. Cox has over 15 years of successful experience in commercial real estate and property management with strengths in owner-manager communications, company strategies and multi-family design and functionality. 

Ms. Cox earned a bachelor degree in Business Administration, holds her CAPS certification and currently serves on the executive board for the National Apartment Association and past President of the Kansas City Apartment Association.  She is also the recipient of several awards, including Management Executive of the Year and recognized as Ingram’s Women of Influence.

Quinton Lewis:

Quinton has 12 years of leadership experience with seeing teams respond with RENEWED enthusiasm. He gets excited to empower people so they can function at their best and authentically touching the lives of everyone he meets. Quinton’s leadership journey began as the captain of his high school and college basketball teams, and that is where he learned “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work”. Although he has led in different capacities, he is most excited about spending the last 12 years positively impacting others who manage multimillion-dollar assets. His goal is to create a legacy of leadership for generations to come and ultimately touch the lives of people he may never meet!
