With a journey that began at the heart of our industry, Michelle started leasing and managing communities in 1994 and worked everything from affordable housing to market, Class A luxury to Class C and distressed. For the next 5 years, she and her cat followed construction trailers across the country, successfully meeting lease-up deadlines, and training the on-site teams before moving on to the next site.
During this time, she found her true love - training and helping others. This passion for people development led her to key corporate leadership roles, including Regional Manager, and Director of Training and Development, where she shaped not just people but the culture of companies. She built, from the ground up, training divisions for two nationally recognized companies, including 12 years at GoldOller Real Estate Investments.
Michelle’s expertise has made her a sought-after panelist and instructor for prestigious organizations, including the National Apartment Association, The Apartment Association of Kansas City, RealPage, and YARDI.
Her infectious energy and positive outlook on life resonate with everyone she meets. Her classes are engaging, interactive, and fun! She imparts strategies that attendees can begin using immediately. Her hands-on workshop style leaves attendees feeling inspired, refreshed, and most importantly, motivated to act!
When she’s not working, Michelle can (not) be found wandering the woods on horseback with a pack of dogs in tow. Here, she refuels her soul and reimagines ways to make a difference in other people’s lives!
Whether it's property management basics, sales training, or how to coach and lead others, we can tailor classes specifically to your needs.
