Anna is a Senior Recruiting Professional with a passion for people offering 15+ years of experience in Real Estate, Tech, Marketing Services, Staffing and the Arts industries. Previous experience includes standing up the Sourcing Program at Oracle, leading recruiting for the creative and advertising arm of LA-based marketing services firm, Material and she cut her teeth in staffing at Creative Circle where she was recognized as a top performer, earning entry into the President’s club 4 times during her tenure. An LA Native, Anna moved to NYC to attend New York University and stayed for 15 years, meeting her husband and starting her family in the big city. After another stint in sunny Southern California, Anna moved with her husband and four young children to Kansas City, MO where she is spearheading the expansion of real estate specialized staffing firm, Ascend Talent Solutions into the Midwest and beyond.
