Coming from a licensed construction background over the last 17 years that has worked on Residential and Commercial projects in Los Angeles, DFW Metroplex and Kansas City areas. This includes new construction, remodeling and damage mitigation and rebuild. Along with the construction background, I spent years working as a third-party damage consultant for large loss claims. Allowing the ability to assess structure and damage on a more finite level.

Knowledge being a core component of the industry that many overlook, I have also held certifications as an OSHA Lead Abatement Supervisor, Mold Remediation Specialist(MRS), Water Restoration Technician(WRT) and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician(AMRT).
