Dale is the General Manager at MC Flooring, LLC. Dale has twenty + years’ experience leading teams, improving business processes, and developing business strategies. He possesses a powerful mix of interpersonal, organizational and technical competencies. Most notable characteristics include superior leadership and coaching skills, polished presentation and communication abilities, and superb client relationship skills.
Dale has been part of the Apartment Association of Kansas City for over 15 years, and served as the Apartment Association's Supplier Partner Chairman, as well as a Director for AAKC Board of Directors for 12 years during his tenure. Dale is currently a Director for the AAKC Board of Directors. Dale has graduated the Lyceum program, and has his CAS designation through the National Apartment Association, as well as LEAD. Prior to joining MC Flooring and the Apartment Association of Kansas City, Dale had been in the Information Technology for 18 years.
