Jennifer Zuck

Jennifer Zuck has been a proud member of the Kansas City multi-family industry for the past 20 years. The bulk of her career she served as a Community Manager for various management companies, but transitioned to a Supplier Partner in 2019. Jennifer is currently serving our market as a National Account Manager for HD Supply overseeing 35 Property Management companies based predominately in the Kansas and Nebraska markets. Her property coverage is from coast to coast.
During her career she has won several awards including:

Crystal Merit’s Assistant Manger of the Year 2004
Manager of the Year 2007
Chairman Award’s Manager of the Year 2017
Volunteer of the Year 2022.

Jennifer served on the Supplier Partner Board of Directors for the past 3 years and has obtained her CAS, LEAD, and Lyceum designations. She is also a Proctor through Esco-Group and frequently administers testing for EPA certifications.
Jennifer has been an active member of the Apartment Association of Kansas City for the past 8 years. She has passionately served as Co-Chair for Maintenance Mania, which is an HD Supply Nationally recognized event. She is also part of the Trade Show committee and regularly attends AAKC seminars, supplier partner lunches, as well as various sponsorships within the organization.
