Jillian Carter

Jillian joins Westlake Commercial as the Business Development Manager in Kansas City. She began her multifamily career on the supplier side back in 2008, before spending some time on-site, moving over to the management team, and finally making it back on the supplier partner side. Over the years, she’s been dedicated to connecting multifamily communities with the right solutions and services, fostering mutually beneficial relationships. Jillian obtained her CAS designation and has been heavily involved in the Apartment Association of Kansas City where she has volunteered on many committees. Her involvement has allowed her to stay at the forefront of industry trends and collaborate with like-minded professionals. With a strong foundation in multifamily, a passion for supplier partnerships, and a wealth of industry knowledge, she is committed to delivering exceptional results for Westlake Commercial and our clients.
