Organization Overview
Poo Squad was founded in Manhattan, Kansas in January of 2017. We saw a need in the market for a high-quality service that customers could come to rely on. We wanted to take a remedial job that you beg and plead for your kids/spouse to do that they rarely actually do and turn it into a professional service. We made the decision very early on that if this is what we were going to do, we were going to be the absolute best at it and make sure that the customer service experience was second to none. We have certainly had our growing pains but I think we have achieved that goal.
As people have started to take notice, we have had interest in franchising our brand. Our philanthropic work in the community, branding and customer service have been highlighted several times and to our excitement, other people around the country have shown interest in starting their own Poo Squads. After careful consideration and a careful vetting process, we have decided to expand into a few other areas with some great partners!
This may seem like a silly business and we certainly have a lot of fun with it but we also want to make sure that each and every customer gets the best service possible. In our opinions, that means that you don't ever have to think about it or ask questions, the job just gets done every single time without any hassle to you.
