Owned 3 businesses before graduating from college, worth over a million dollars by age 25, owned 180+ apartment units and LOST everything by age 28- during the real estate crash of 2008. The best thing that could have happened! Call myself the most Successful Failure and have accomplished more than most by the age of 40.
