Commencing his journey with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Sean spent his initial five years in Northeast Missouri. Eager for new challenges, Sean later transitioned
to Kansas City, where he made a significant impact on the force. His dedication and exemplary performance led to his appointment as Assistant Zone Commander in the Kansas City region, highlighting his commitment to maintaining safety and order within the community.
During Sean’s career, he had extensive involvement with the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team. As a Crisis Negotiator, Entry Team member, and Troop A Honor Guard participant, Sean demonstrated a multifaceted approach to law enforcement. His ascent to the position of SWAT Team Leader and Tactics Trainer underscores his proficiency in strategic planning and team coordination.
In pursuit of broader horizons, Sean accepted a deployment with Blackwater, USA, supporting Overseas Government Agency (OGA) contracts. During his tenure, Sean displayed his versatility, serving in various capacities such as Operator, Site Lead, Local Guard Force Commander, and rising to the role of Program Manager/Deployed. In this pivotal position, he oversaw comprehensive site security operations in-theater, highlighting his ability to manage complex and high-stakes situations.
