Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) Fall 2024 Classes (Registration closes October 31st at 12:00 p.m.)

Classes will be held within a 1 week period for 4 days total Tuesday-Friday!

Instructor: Alex Jackiw 

CAPS, CPM, C3P

Alex Jackiw is the Chief Operating Officer of Hayes Gibson Property Services. She was the 2013 Chairman of the Board for the National Apartment Association and was inducted into NAA's Hall of Fame in 2018. She has served as an Assistant Professor at both Ball State University and Virginia Tech in their Residential Property Management programs and is a nationally recognized speaker. Alex is also a licensed real estate broker and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and CAPS® designations. She has a Master’s Degree in Education.

Orientation Date: November 8th 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Class Dates: November 19th - November 22nd

Class Times: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Please ensure this schedule works for you as you can only miss 1 module (Not a day) in order to complete the course and take the exam at the end.  If you miss more than 1 module, the classes will not be offered again until next fall in 2025 and you are subject to NAA additional extension policies and fees.
