What You’ll Do: • Showcase property features with confidence and charisma to prospective residents. • Travel to multiple properties, energizing and supporting leasing teams. • Execute effective marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals. • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and team members. • Master property management systems like Entrata and EliseAI to keep things running smoothly. What You Bring: • 2+ years of proven leasing success in luxury, student, or conventional housing. • Strong closing skills and a customer-focused approach. • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. • Proficiency in property management software (Entrata preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Flexibility to travel frequently and work Saturdays.
